Lebanon using diplomacy to counter Israel over offshore energy tender: president
BEIRUT (Reuters) - Lebanese President Michel Aoun said on Thursday Beirut was using "diplomatic means" to counter Israel's stance regarding an offshore energy block in disputed territory on the countries' maritime border.
